Cookie Policy

What is a cookie and what does it do?

A cookie is a file downloaded to a user’s computer, smartphone, tablet or other electronic device when the user accesses a website. The purpose of cookies is to store and retrieve information about website visitors, and to keep a record of the user’s browsing habits and preferences.

The company Creators Economy Agency S.L. (hereinafter “ITO DIGITAL”) uses cookies to facilitate navigation of its website and to gather information about visits to it.

What types of cookies exist?

By origin or who manages them:
• First‑party: when they are sent to your browser via our equipment or web domains.
• Third‑party: when they are downloaded as a result of browsing the website, but originate outside it and are managed by a third party (for example, Google).

By how long they remain on the device:
• Session cookies: remain on your device only until you leave the website or close the browser.
• Persistent cookies: remain on your device until they expire, collecting information each time you make a new visit during that period. These cookies stop working once their expiration date is reached.

By purpose:
• Technical or functional: to allow the website to function.
• Preference or personalization: to adapt the website to the user’s preferences.
• Analytical: to analyse the user’s habits and behaviour while browsing.
• Advertising: to collect information that allows the display of tailored advertising.

How to configure or disable cookies?

In order for us to use cookies, user consent is required (except for those that are technical or strictly necessary). When you access the website, a banner will appear with four tabs corresponding to the different types of cookies used: “Technical or Necessary” and “Analytical”. The user may disable any of the categories of cookies except the “Necessary” ones, which are essential for the website’s operation.

Once you have reviewed the tabs, the user will have three buttons: if you click the “Allow all” button, you will allow the use of all cookies. If you prefer to allow only those categories or tabs you kept enabled, select the “Allow selection” button. By clicking “Deny”, you will refuse all cookies except the necessary ones.

If after accepting cookies you wish to modify your consent, you may do so by clicking the logo located in the bottom left‑hand corner of the screen: a window will open with a “Change consent” button; clicking here will return you to the initial banner menu described above with its different options.

This option to change consent is valid for first‑party cookies: if the user wishes to change, block or delete third‑party cookies, they must do so via their internet browser settings, which you can find via the following links:

    How long are cookies retained?

Cookies are retained for the duration specified above under “Duration type” for each of them, i.e., during navigation if they are “session” cookies, or until they expire if they are “persistent”.

The retention periods of third‑party cookies can be consulted in the Privacy Policies of those third‑parties.

Once the cookie has expired, it may be renewed if the user accepts its use again.

    Social media cookies

Social cookies: These are cookies that social networking service providers may install when the user chooses to share certain content on the social network they operate.

The information we collect via social networks sometimes includes personal information that is publicly available online. We always ensure that all information we use is correctly attributed to its source or anonymised.

It is possible that these social networks have their own privacy policies, through which they explain how they use and share your personal information. We recommend that you review their privacy policies carefully before using these social networks to ensure you understand how your personal information is collected and shared.

The introduction of new cookies or a change in the purpose of cookies already disclosed will require the user’s prior acceptance.
