These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (the “General Terms”) are intended to govern the relationship between Creators Economy Agency S.L. (hereinafter, “CenteIA”) and the user (hereinafter, the “Student”) who completes the enrollment process for the CenteIA Education Program (the “Course”) via the platform https://education.centeia.com/login (the “Platform”).
These General Terms, together with the form the Student will receive during the enrollment process (the “Enrollment Form”), constitute the service agreement through which the Student contracts the delivery of the Course by CenteIA Education (the “Agreement”).
As stated in the Legal Notice of CenteIA Education, as well as in the associated domains, the owner is:
These General Terms govern the terms and conditions applicable to the Student’s enrollment in the Course with CenteIA. They are drafted in accordance with Spanish Law 13/2013, of June 13, on effective competition and consumer protection (“LGDCU”), and Law 12/2013, of June 14, on commerce (“LC”).
Please note that enrolling in the Course offered through this Platform is also subject to the applicable legal policies, including the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. In the event of any conflict between those policies and these General Terms, these General Terms shall prevail in all cases.
By accessing the Platform and voluntarily creating a profile, the Student acknowledges and expressly and unequivocally accepts these General Terms.
